Client is a leading producer of intermediate chemicals, performance materials and specialty resins.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and analysing Import/Export LC, and examining the terms and conditions of LC to understand the requirements.
- Preparing the required shipping and financial documents, ensuring compliance with the letter of credit requirements.
- Presenting necessary documents to the bank for examination and LC negotiation.
- Ensuring that documents comply with LC terms and facilitating the smooth payment and settlement process.
- Monitoring the LC payment process and LC negotiations, ensuring that funds are transferred/received as per the agreed terms.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records of all transactions,
- Performing various other jobs as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum experience of 5 years in import/export, logistics and supply chain.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading).
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
