Job Description:
**Position**: Document Controller
**Hiring**: 1-Year Contract
**Location**:Bangkok - Near BTS
**Working hours**: 5 Days/Week - 08.00 -17.00 Hrs.
**Start Date**:ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the project meetings and follow-up documents should be returned to the engineering contractor in accordance with the project agreement timeline.
- Planning timeline to drive all documents delivered to the stack holder on time.
- Ensuring the documents and data submitted dates in the system
- Preparing and arranging the Design and Document Control for the projects.
- Compiling data and recoding manual for each relevant project/works order including all operating, maintenance, certification, and as-built drawing requirements.
- Support the Manager with all documentation related.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience in projects coordination office and building work.
- Have experience in managing technical documentation in construction projects.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
