Import - Export Supervisor

**Job Detail**:

- Import - Export Supervisor (35K-50K) (SDG-102091)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายนำเข้า-ส่งออก-
- Interact with Export customers and liaise with them for obtaining Export L/C in time and as per the Export Sales Contract.
- Coordinate and follow up with the customers for L/C amendments.
- Prepare all Export Shipping documents in conformity with Export Order and Buyers L/C.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarder and Shipping company to provide necessary documents for Export handling.
- Reviewing and Analysing Import/Export L/C, examines the terms and conditions of LC to understand the requirements.
- Planning and product loading for exporting to meet Shipment deadlines and Vessel ETD / ETS dates.
- Coordinating with other relevant agencies and Chamber of Commerce to obtain the relevant documents.
- Coordinating with Shipping and customs-related procedures, including preparing necessary documents.
- Provide competitive Freight for Import/Export transactions.
- liaise with Shipping companies, transporters, and other outside agencies as per the work requirement.- โต้ตอบกับลูกค้าส่งออกและติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อรับ L/C ส่งออกทันเวลาและตามสัญญาการขายส่งออก
- ประสานงานและติดตามลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไข L/C
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารการส่งออกทั้งหมดให้สอดคล้องกับ Export Order และ Buyers L/C
- ประสานงานกับบริษัท Freight Forwarder และ Shipping เพื่อจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดการการส่งออก
- ทบทวนและวิเคราะห์ L/C นำเข้า/ส่งออก ตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของ LC เพื่อทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนด
- การวางแผนและการโหลดสินค้าเพื่อการส่งออกให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา Shipment และ Vessel ETD / ETS date
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องและหอการค้าเพื่อให้ได้เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับ Shipping และขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศุลกากร รวมถึงจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็น
- ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าที่แข่งขันได้สำหรับการทำธุรกรรมนำเข้า / ส่งออก
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับบริษัท Shipping, Transporter และหน่วยงานภายนอกอื่นๆ ตามความต้องการของงาน
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in preparing Export documents and negotiating documents with bank.
- Excellent Multi-Tasking and coordination skills.
- Team Player.
- Result Oriented - Should be able to get the Job done.
- Hardworking and dedicated to the company and job.
- Excellent written and Verbal English Skill as Job involves liaison with Foreign customers and Foreign Banks.
- Able to negotiate the L/C documents with the Bank to ensure that Export proceeds are received in time.
- Experience in dealing with L/C negotiation and discounting with Bank.
