**Introduction**:
Senior R&D (PSA) base in Bangkok

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and experiments to enhance PSA properties and performance.
- Collaborate closely with customers on key projects to understand and address their needs.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and R&D/Technical team from Icap-Sira Italy to provide tailored solutions to customer requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PSA technology.
- Participate in product development meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all R&D activities.
- Document research findings, experiments, and developments accurately.
- Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, petrochemical and polymer, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of PSA (Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives) for self-adhesive labels, adhesive tape, medical skin contact, graphic arts, protective films, preferably with 5-10 years of experience in the R&D field.
- Strong knowledge of emulsion polymerization for PSA or a related field.
- Experience in PSA testing and proficiency with related lab equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in written, oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Thailand and Southeast Asia.
