Maintenance Technician (Facility) of Mitsuwa Chemical (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. - Phanthong, Chonburi

It can be engaged in all Injection section..

The Company has business operation in three factories located in Japan, Philippines and Thailand.

We manufacture primarily plastic products for automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, switch knobs for steering wheels. The process starts from development, mold making, molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.

In addition, we are actively pursuing the production of transparent/clear plastic parts, injection molding in clean room environment and molding thermosetting resin to fit maturation and generalization of healthcare-related industries.

Job Description (รายละเอียดงาน/หน้าที่)

1. งานบารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรภายในโรงงาน และงานซ่อมระบบสาธารณูปโภค

( Preventive and corrective maintenance job, and all facility system in Factory )

2. Preventive Maintenance งานตรวจเช็คและบารุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผนงานซ่อมบารุง ที่ได้มีการวางแผนใว้ หรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน

3. Corrective Maintenance งานแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรที่เกิดการเสียให้สามารถกลับมาเดินเครื่องใช้งานได้ตามปกติ

4. Facility and utilities งานตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมระบบสาธารณูปโภคต่าง ๆ ภายในโรงงาน

5. งานสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิต (functional support job to production process)

6. ดำเนินการแก้ไขเครื่องจักรตามที่มีการร้องขอจากส่วนงานฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ และเกิดความปลอดภัย

7. งานระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปั๊มอัดลม (Air compressor), ระบบน้ำปะปา ( Water system), ระบบอุปกรณ์ฉุกเฉินทั้งหมด, เครื่องสูบน้ำดับเพลิง (Fire pump)

8. ตรวจเช็ค/ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องปรับอากาศ และประสานงานกับไดกิ้น (Checking /maintaining AC and contact wist Daikin)

9. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย

10. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Other tasks as assigned)

When working abroad, such as business trip, fit in the factory business hours

Salary Remarks Monthly 15,500 ~ 25,000 THB + OT

Position 1,000 THB.

TOEIC allowance:
Score 650-749 = 1,500 THB/Month

Score 750 up = 3,000 THB/Month

Bonus : 2024 based Max 4.0 month
