**Application Support (Java)**:
**1. Have Software Development Skill**
**2. In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, Databases and Applications**
**3. Have experience in network management and Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration**
**4. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues**
**5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
**6. Strong attention to detail**
**7. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities**
**8. Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field**
**9. Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage**

**Application Support (SQL)**:
**1. Minimum 2 Years experience in Application Support**
**2. Have basic SQL skill**
**3. Havce basic IT skill (Windows, MS-Office)**
**4. Have Software development skill; Java,.Net**
**5. Experience in basic Windows, Unix OS, Oracle SQL,**
**6. Experience in Websphere App Server will be advantage**
**7. Have analysis skill**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments**:

- **Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment**:

- **Support and coordinate production incidents**:

- **Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process**:
