Job Summary

To problem-Solving (Corrective, Detective, and Preventive) for CRM service; Interaction Management(IM), Super Screen and Siebel CRM

**Job Description**:
(1) Correction: Incident & problem management: Solving ticket : Customer Complains, Application Problem

(2) Implenentation: Deployment Application software

(3) Prevention: Built(Configure), Monitor System/Appplication Alarm:
2.To analyze and Improvement of fault management

3.To release automate script and job monitoring for fault and abnormal data

4.To Enable for learning to be multi-skill (System Admin & DBA)

Job Specification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.

2. At least 0 - 4 years' experience in programming and coding

3. Can work as a team, must be able to work under extremely high pressure, excellent communications and interpersonal skill.

Skill/Knowledge:
1. Knowledge in PL/SQL, Shell script, Angular, JAVA,.NET C#, Unix, Windows and Database

2. Softskill in good problem solving, analytical, communication and negotiation skills

3. Good attitude and willingness to learn

4. Can work under service mind and work well under pressure
