People Project Coordinator

Find the right metrics and processes to maximize people's capacity. Manage projects that directly affect department and company performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take accountability for functional metrics and individual KPIs.
- Conduct research, design, and implement a performance framework across all functions.
- Assist projects by developing solutions, planning, and driving change for successful implementation with related business units.
- Play a strategic role in gathering information to help the team make the right decisions.
- Create a support system, training program, and environment for people to learn and grow.
- Assist in social project programs, both online and offline.
- Conduct quarterly performance reports and company health checks.

Qualifications:

- 6 months of work experience in Project Management, HR, L&D, or a related field.
- Possess a strong understanding and motivation for working in a project-based (70%) and operational (30%) environment.
- Demonstrate empathy and a clear understanding of the company and functional overview.
- Have intermediate proficiency in English.
- A passion for people and business would be a plus.


Working days:
Monday to Friday 10:30 AM-7:30 PM, hybrid working at G Tower (MRT Phra Ram 9)
