**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Monthly closing within target due date, both local GAAP and US GAAP.
- To prepare monthly / quarterly & Yearly Statutory Financial Statements, Financial Report OIC report, RBC Report, Analyze and submit to OIC with accuracy and on due.
- To manage regulatory reporting, OIC fund, contribution fund process payment and filing on due time.
- To prepare, validate budget and PR, sales remuneration with control.
- To handling and responsible for overall accounting AR, AP, GL, Fixed asset, etc.
- To prepare timely and accurate finance & accounting reports and management reports.
- To manage monthly accounts and banks reconciliations on time
- To efficient Process month-end closing, maintenance GL chart of account, Accrual expense, Intercompany transactions, reconciliation to ensure correctness of data and timeliness.
- To monitor and follow up all long outstanding transactions.
- To participate in project development, accounting enhancement, product development and any projects impacting accounts area.
- To handle and manage ad hoc request.
- To deal with Revenue department, OIC and internal/external auditors, other regulators if any.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 5 years experiences in overall accounting
- Insurance experience is preferable
- Have experiences of preparing OIC Report and RBC Report is a plus.
- Able to use Sun system would be advantage
- Good command in English
- Strong problem solving / Good analytical skill
- CPA License is a plus
