Our client is a leader in automotive parts manufacturing.
- Controlling the Materials flow as correct storage locations and supplying material to the production lines by replenishing stock as per quantity determination.
- Implementing stock accuracy, managing parts delivery to be on time and with no production stop, and completing cycle count problem-solving, and analysis of the root cause to determine the preventive action.
- Implementing an acceptable visual control for the warehouse area and also in the parts handling area.
- Being responsible for store equipment maintenance eg. Forklift - make sure forklift trucks are ready to use by monitoring and dealing with the service provider in terms of contract and maintenance schedule.
- Implementing mentor training and coaching mid-level staff.
- Finding out the bottleneck process and pursuing continuous process improvement to increase the efficiency of material supply.
- Supervising subordinates to work by following Warehouse SOP.
- Implementing to achieve Warehouse’s KPI.
- Eliminating unsafe actions and conditions in all responsible areas.
- Implementing 6S activity in all responsible areas.
- Reporting the result of warehouse operation to the Warehouse Manager.
- Managing FIFO picking.
- Handling wastage control.
- Handling other tasks following the supervisor’s assignment or company policy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Store/Warehouse management fields and background in Automotive manufacturing.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all related parties.
- ISO 9001 background will be beneficial.
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate employees at all levels.
