Role & Responsibility
- Identify and follow-through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending at Makro
- Lead a high-functioning by ensuring store CD Team to achieve KPIs
- Coach CDOs to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
- Visit high priority customers and go in field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to HQ
- Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
- Collaborate with ASGM to achieve store and CD Team KPIs and ensure operation excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others.
- Supervisory experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization
- Previous sales experience with track record of achieving set KPIs
- Team and collaboration across stakeholders in store and HQ.

- Qualification
- Thai Male/Female.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, computer science or related courses.
- 5-7 years of working experience, At least 3-5 years supervisory experience in sales and customers service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organization.
- Self-motivated, Well-organized, Thorough in numbers.
- Proactive, positive thinking and can do attitude.
- Resulted and details oriented.
