The position is responsible to fulfil all Warehouse activities enlisted below and any other activities as directed by the Section.

**Job Dimensions**
- This role will be based in Rayong.
- The role will report directly to the Warehouse Section Head

**Key Accountabilities**

These will include:

- Maintain physical stock control in the warehouse by perpetual physical inventory checks
- Check all incoming materials against invoice to verify quantity and quality at receiving end.
- Inform quantity discrepancies to material controller thru Material Shortage/Surplus Report.
- Issue items as per Pick list / issue list.
- Create and maintain warehouse transfers document after physical issue of material from main warehouse to production sites.
- Unloading of Incoming goods against authorised documents like invoice, dispatch notes
- Raise Purchase requisition to buyer for stores requirements, like, packing material etc.
- Sort and locate goods cleared from inspection. Observe red channel, green channel QA requirements
- Maintain good stores practises like FIFO, 5S, Safety procedures and other related standards.
- Prepare goods for subcontracting transactions along with required paperwork, system work
- Record and keep dispatch notes received from contracts.
- Loading units as per dispatch advice from contracts engineer, ensure correct dispatches against authorized paperwork.
- Check and maintain stock of Perishable items
- Preparation of spares and kits as per business requirements
- Be responsible for all stores equipment through proper use and adhering to maintenance schedules.

**Secondary activities / tasks**
- Achieving defined Key Performance indicators for the above functions as decided by the management
- Form an integral and active part of operational team to manage the above tasks on daily basis

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse and stores related work
- Good communication skills
- Can read, understand, and follow instructions
- Can carry out tasks without supervision after training
- Can analyse and solve problems to overcome “day to day issues”
- Relevant vocational training certificates
- Forklift licence
