- **To advise all affiliates on various commercial matters and support on a wide range of legal activities.**:
- **To organize and deliver corporate secretarial service that includes scheduling meetings, arranging meeting venues, drafting meeting materials, ensuring timely distribution, attending meetings, and submitting any documents as required by laws to relevant authorities in timely manner.**:
- **To draft, review, and amend simple and complex contracts including other legal documents.**:
- **To provide prompt and practical strategic advice and effective support to all affiliates in relation to corporate laws and regulations.**:
- **To conduct training for coordinators of all affiliates and work closely with General Manager and legal team members to develop training programs and materials for Japanese management in all affiliates regarding corporate secretarial services and Thai corporate laws.**:
- **To cooperate with government officers, groups of companies’ employers, and other third parties on all legal matters and liaise with government entities in relation to legal matters, if instructed.**:
- **To perform any legal services or tasks as necessary as assigned and required by the General Manager and/ or other executives e.g. research, legal bulletin, document control, contract management, etc.**

- **From 4 years to 10 years of relevant experience working in a law firm, or as legal counsel in a business environment. Having experience in company secretarial service, foreign business license, and tax/customs is an advantage.**:
- **Bachelor or Master's Degree in law**:
- **Business English (TOEIC scores = 850 up)**:
- **A self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving**:
- **Knowledgeable in laws and regulations required in the business environments such as company, corporate laws, Foreign Business Act, BOI, labor and employment laws, PDPA, and other general business laws.**:
- **Knowledge of taxation and customs will be an advantage**:
- **Being well-organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness of all tasks.**:
- **Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with directors and shareholders of all Isuzu affiliates, external advisors, local coordinators, team members, and others.**:
- **Possesses good analytical skills.**:
- **Ability to prioritize workload and work with minimum supervision**:
- **Excellent communication skills at all levels and confidence to be able to respond clearly to queries and questions.**:
- **Qualification: Knowledgeable of taxation and customs will be an advantage**:
