Requirements:Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken (Work along with Global Team)
- Min 3 years working experience in CRM function or Marketing of luxury market
- Experience in CRM activities and event organizer
- Retail product knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM system / Database management is advantage
- Passion for customer centricity, creative and innovative.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and project management skills
- Good organization skill and details oriented
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Working gracefully with others even when under pressure
Responsibilities:CRM System:
- Be the CRM Executive support CRM Manager to manage CRM systems & Database management (update, combine multiple accounts,client records, purchase behaviour and other specific requests.
- Support recorded new clients recruited in the system in a CRM Activities & events of the brand.
CRM Tools:
- Support team CRM to manage purchasing process of gifts, collaterals, brochures for customers magazines, mailers, catalogues, etc.
- Coordinate with the markets for the update of the iPads’ content and assist in any related issues
- Liaise with Regional/Paris on follow-up and delivery of gifts, magazines, etc.
CRM Activities & Event:
- Assist team for event organizational included with communicating to each market the brand event guidelines and announcements.
- Distribute invitation layouts developed by HQ team.
- Coordinate with event organizer to collecting and review proposals to ensure within guidelines for validation from HQ.
- Prepare invitation specifications and requirements, and coordinate invitations with the Regional team and ensured targeted clients reserved and join the events.
- Asisted and support event hosted as required.
- Coordinate and work along with the local CRM team (Center and in all branches) with Store Teams for CRM activities and updates.
Others:
- Process administrative reports and requests submissions for managers
- Support on any other ad hoc requests from markets or Regiona/HQ related to CRM
