**Main Purpose**
- Lead the Execution of Sales Capability Strategy for entire Sales team in Asia BU (14+ markets
- Regional role) across Foods & Beverages businesses (PO1). Enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities across all Sales Channels (TT/MT/AFH/E-Com, etc.) by designing relevant Sales Capability Content at Asia BU level & enable the sales team to add value and drive competitive advantage to the organization
- Lead the implementation of the Culture Change programs (Online Training adoption, etc.) & Global System capabilities
- NRM/DX/AFH/E-Com by partnering with Sector/Global COE Heads (AFH/NRM/DX/GTM/SC, etc.) & the local Sales Capability/HR

Implement Sales Capability strategy and AOP plans across Asia BU markets (Foods & Beverages) -**
- Work closely and support Sales Capability Sr. Manager (Asia BU-PO1) & THF HRBP to execute the Sales Capability strategy & annual operating plan (AOP) & implement the Annual Sales Capability Calendar for all Asia BU (PO1) Markets in collaboration with Global/Sector COE/local teams. Travel to local markets for all Training execution for BU/Sector/Global programs
- Design Training content (ILT/E-learning/video, etc.) basis local needs in collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders & local markets. Support local sales capability manager to design/translate training content in local language.
- Implement Core Sales Capability Processes: Online Competency assessments, ATU, WCCEM, e-learning programs, sales-onboarding, sales academies, IDP development etc. & Global System capabilities
- NRM/DX/AFH/E-Com as per needs & contracting with GMs.
- Develop a learning curriculum that is comprehensive, but can be tailored to individual needs, & scalable as per stakeholders, channels, etc.
- Support Sales Capability managers of other markets in APAC (China/ANZ) wrt. sharing best practices/global programs (as per need basis).
- Lead roll-out of PepsiCo’s Sales Capability Best Practices (Learning Every Saturday, 4 Levels of Evaluation, etc.) across all markets
- ** Drive Culture Change: -**
- Drive culture transformation programs (Online Learning, etc.) as per Global/Sector/BU strategy to ensure continuous learning culture
- Work with Sales Capability Managers on annual Online Training plans, usage of LMS portals (Degreed, PSLP, etc.) & monthly connect calendar.
- Lead the implementation of technology initiatives (Digital ATU/PACe, learning platforms, Virtual Learning, simulations etc.) to build capability
- ** Deliver Sales Capability KPIs: -**
- Ensure Sales Capability execution KPI’s - measure and track results across all markets (No. of Training sessions, Coverage
- Online + Offline, Training Budgets, global programs roll-outs/coverage/training costs, etc.) at BU/Sector level with support from GBS/HBS.
- Ensure accuracy of data reporting & other tasks by GBS/HBS & monitor training initiatives through monthly KPI(s) consolidation, analysis, and benchmarking across all markets
- Participate in monthly performance reviews with local Market leads to ensure sales capability performance as per AOP targets.
- Drive ‘lift and shift’ of Training programs/systems & processes & reporting across all markets in line with Global and sector recommendations
- Work with external vendors on LMS, language translations, Program design, implementation, etc. as per needs
- ** Deliver Team development: -**
- Conduct Training needs analysis of Sales Capability team & launch relevant programs on Instructional Design, Design thinking & other programs to build the capability of Sales Capability Teams
- Build internal Sales Master-Trainers at APAC level for Key Programs (TT/MT/AFH/E-Com/NRM/Dx) through intensive TTT trainings
- Organize Quarterly Sales Capability Council for all markets to ensure Best Practices sharing & adherence to Sales Capability calendar.
- Maintain a presence in field during training implementation. Highlight strong performers and identify improvement areas through market visits
- Driving motivational processes like R&R etc. for Sales capability team for exemplary performance in driving Sales Capability initiatives
