Service Sales Manager

Lead the development and execution of service sales within Thailand. Develop and implement services strategy and develop country specific action plans to achieve short
- and long-term business goals. Execute business development initiatives and improve customer-centricity, competitive position, market share and profitability in Thailand
- Holistic understanding, accountability and development of whole service sales competitiveness, growth, and profitability
- Evaluate the results of sales activities/contracts and identify recurring problems
- Set country level targets, help in developing robust budget plans, continuously monitor financial performance and report results
- Drive short and long-term competitiveness based on global service sales strategy
- Drive service sales and go-to-market actions of services in collaboration with other Business stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for new product that is aligned with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives
- Identify competence gaps and training needs in order to fulfil the business plan
- **Experience**:
- 5-10 years in sale management, Or 3-5 years experience in Customer Service and Key account management.
- Minimum 5 years in leading a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in Thai for Reading/Writing/Listening
- Willing to learn attitude
