Job Description:
Our client is a Leader of production and operation in oil and gas, they are looking for a contractor 3 years in **Senior Mechanical Technician,** working as a rotation: in Gulf of Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ Carry out preventive maintenance or repair adhering to the plant safety procedure and in accordance with the maintenance job cards._
- _ Perform routine tests of mechanical equipment as per procedures and schedules._
- _ Assist corporate Maintenance and contractors during maintenance activities in the field area._
- _ Collaborate and work with Technician, Electrical and Instrumentation and other departments when required._
- _ Prepare the relevant material, consumable and/ or special tools if required._
- _ Report to Supervisor, Mechanical any abnormal events or malfunction and at the completion of the job._
- _ Be responsible for the repair/ maintenance of mechanical testing, measuring and safety equipment in the workshop._
- _ Ensure the update of files for any preventive maintenance or modification work carried out._
- _ Prepare documentation regarding major repairs/ overhauls of main equipment to be sent to onshore for repairs._
- _ Coordinate with corporate Maintenance to improve maintenance system when anomaly found._
- _ Coordinate with Support Base for delivery of spare part including issuing requisition and following up receipt._
- _ Provide assistance/ support to mechanical technician for troubleshoot the complex problem._
- _ Performed coaching and share mechanical knowledge to junior technician._
- _ Comply with and promote the Company’s SSHE policy, rules and regulations for all works under responsibility._

**Qualifications**:

- _ Thai nationality only_
- _ Technical Diploma in Mechanical or related fields_
- _ 5 years’ experience in mechanical equipment/ machine maintenance in oil & gas industry or similar_
- _ Fair command of written and spoken English_

**Certificate Requirements**:

- _ Valid Certificate of BOSIET, TFOET, FOET_
- _ Basic Fire Fighting Training_
- _ Basic First Aid Training_
- _ Rigging Slinging & Lifting Training_
- _ Confined Space Entry & Breathing Apparatus Training_
- _ Basic working at height Training_
- _ Boiler & Pressure Vessel Operations Safety_
