**Summary**
Responsible for the management of key products, localization of the marketing strategy of designated products, marketing promotion, and product development filing policy wording to the regulator.

**Job Descriptions**:
**Product Management**
- To periodically participate in discussions with company managers to review business results and identify opportunities for action.
- Support business, and product initiatives to achieve company goals, visions, and business objectives.
- Project monitoring and keeping track of all project-related metrics, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective actions necessary to ensure that the project is within scope, on budget, and meets the specified deadlines.
- Providing necessary reporting and documentation to support each project.
- Liaising with the underwriting teams and claims departments to resolve queries.
- Providing high-level expertise and guidance in technical insurance matters.
- Work very closely with IT for new project initiatives, understand business requirements, and design and develop flow systems with IT.
- Test, verify, and upgrade the system after implementation and relevant feedback.
- Product filling and monitoring product approval from OIC.
- Prepare wording policy, pricing, and related documents for PGC approval.
- Develop new products to market.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Over 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience in a similar environment; prior A&H underwriting experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with agents, brokers, and internal departments.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Possession of outstanding work ethic and drive for knowledge.
- Native or fluent in the Thai Language and intermediate level in English.
