**As part of a new marketing, Sales and recruitment strategy, MDA College is looking for Regional Recruitment Officers to be responsible for the Sales and recruitment of MDA College courses. The job post is for Thailand and MDA College Is looking for a representative in Thailand and on occasion Neighbouring Countries.Essential Requirements**
- experience of work relating to student recruitment in Thailand
- Knowledge of the Thai Market and student/parent/agent expectations
- experience of working in a higher education setting
- an understanding of issues relating to higher education in the UK
- experience in dealing positively with a wide variety of internal and external contacts.

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and service relationships with a network of agents to meet student recruitment targets.
- Provide training to key agents and counsellors through regular visits and training sessions.
- Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions and interview days.
- Support agent and student visits to MDA College.
- Maintain an up to date record of the student recruitment and admissions process.
- Build strong relationships with MDA College partner universities responsible for the region, recruitment and admissions.
- Give regular activity reports to the Management.
- To update and maintain the school and agent database to ensure accurate information and insight is available to assist with the targeting of resources, campaign planning, monitoring and evaluation
- Essential requirements
- A university degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people.
- Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A friendly professional manner and appearance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
