**Student Services Officer**:
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. The Student Services Officer is a member of Student Services team. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for students of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School encompassing the full student cycle e.g. enrolment, orientation and graduation. Providing guidance to students throughout their studies and ensuring students are well-supported and successful on their culinary educational journey.
The position will be responsible for handling daily administrative student supporting tasks, providing consistent and timely response to students and ensure that all requests, issues and feedback are followed up and comply with school rules and regulations. The position also liaised with other key staff in the Academic and Education Services teams to provide mid-term student evaluation and to schedule a Chef-Student Mid-Term Review for all students.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Updates and maintain student database and files, student attendance sheet, practical assessment and examination results, transcripts and related documentation to support the Student Services function in the school and to meet the demands of internal and external inspection.
- Using the Academic system run reports on assessments and examinations related matters, such as Mid-term review, Results of Final and Re-sit examinations.
- Coordinates and assists the Senior Student Services and Admissions Manager to manage all aspects of student supports.
- Liaises with current and new students regarding enquiries in relation to enrolments, student courses, transfers, student administration and Student Portal account, as well as the continuing study process.
- Supports Student Services Department in coordinating Student Orientation and in completing all necessary forms for Graduation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in international education sector or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication in Thai and English languages
- Exceptional administrative functions and maintaining accurate and systematic records, coherent expectation with all constituents; attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes; Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Flexibility is required to work with others and work in shifts.
