**Recruiter - Freelance / Part-Time (Thailand)**:

- FMC Group is a German owned full service consulting company, supporting international customers in markets abroad. We offer employee leasing and nearshoring in 40+ countries. In Thailand we offer recruitment services for mid and high-level positions. Our clients are often market leaders in niche markets who intend to enlarge their global footprint with our support. - To enlarge our experienced and dynamic team, we are looking for a Recruiter in Thailand. The position is expected to start as a project-based position and to become a part-time or full-time position depending on the future project volume.Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting, including screening, sourcing, and interviewing
- Being in contact with our international clients
- Creating job ads and publishing it on relevant platforms
- Creating custom reports
- Support sales and marketing activities

General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience for international companies, recruitment experience of IT professionals is a plus
- Good knowledge of the labor market and the local culture in Thailand
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be a plus
- Sourcing experience using social media and databases
- Quite familiar with competency models and behavioral-based interviews
- Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate at all levels
- Self-motivated, pro-active and committed personality with an entrepreneurial & hands-on attitude
- Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks within a demanding environment
- Excellent analytical and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible
