**Job Title**:Supply Planning Support Manager - Operation Excellence (Import)

**Department**:Supply Chain

**Work Location**:Unilever House, Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid)

**Scope of work**:

- Import shipment management both FG and RPM (Material) from oversea (both Sea Freight and Air Freight)
- To make sure the custom clearance process is done completely and deliver to Factory OTIF
- To review and correct all Shipping documents (BL packing list, invoice, COA, COO) management with both SU, Supplier and Planner.
- Co-ordinate and monitor tax refund process for tax privileges with Finance, SU and Supplier.
- Re-route of import via TH for Myanmar shipment due to MM governance issue.
- Co-ordinate, Input and control Global freight and ICT globally and Import lead of meeting.
- Problem solving and Co-ordinate with all function if any shipping issue.
- Maintain TP in system and update price in PO.
- Key Contact point of all import shipment with Unilever team.

**Products**: Both FG and Material
- Container Type : Both Dry and Reefer shipment
- BU : B&W, Home care, Personal care, Nutrition, and Ice cream
- Route : Sea Freight, Air Freight and Truck
- Annual Container : 800-900containers

**Import countries**: Globally both SEA and Europe

**Import Organization** : There are 9person who are 3rd party under Import team
