Send out guests’ information to all departments concern once check in - allergies, comments, honeymooners, wedding anniversaries, birthdays and things for all attention
- Help F&B if needed especially during breakfast time
- Check all the correspondence with the arrivals to ensure all information are recorded and check guest profile prior to arrival.
- Pre-room check prior to guests’ arrivals
- Charge the payments correctly for all prepay bookings together with the team
- Reconfirm all guests’ information are correct on the Registration Card
- Make special notes and remarks on guests’ history
- Cover the desk or front of the house together with the team members including reservations
- Aware what activities and festive are happening in the city to provide guests the most up to date and accurate information
