1.) Develop work plan, policies and strategies for emplpyee Capability Development which is aligned with business direction/strategy and performance
2.) Deploy and monitor employee Capability Development and Talent Development to drive business growth as plan
3.) Lead the adoption and implementation of required capability building programs/activities and select necessary external professional trainers, to effectively improve employee skill
4.) Plan & manage training budget which is aligned with execution plannning for corporate leadership program and ensure execution OTIF
5.) Manage, well utilize company resourses and keep develop/maintain related certifications and standard e.g. ISO Quality, Sustainability etc continously
