We're excited to announce a new opportunity at LSEG. We are seeking a skilled and hard-working Scrum Master with experience in native cloud services to join our Workspace Framework Team in Bangkok.

**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.)- Mentor the team in Agile methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.- Work closely with the Product Owner to support on maintaining the product backlog and guide sprint goals.- Remove impediments to the team's progress and facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.- Cultivate a team environment that encourages dedication, open communication, creative problem solving, and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Scrum Master role for at least two years.- Experience in native cloud services, specifically building services in AWS/Azure.- Rough understanding of cloud architecture diagrams.- Knowledge of Agile approaches - Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc. and Agile tools - JIRA, Confluence, etc.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
