Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.-
- Remove impediments and work with stakeholders across engineering, data governance, infrastructure, and product to unblock the team.- Champion Agile delivery of data platform initiatives, including data ingestion, transformation pipelines, platform automation, and metadata management.- Collaborate with Stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories.- Monitor team performance metrics and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ownership within the team and across delivery streams.- Ensure regulatory and security standards are upheld in delivery practices, in line with SS&C’s commitments in the superannuation industry.- Foster strong relationships with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, ideally within a data or technology environment.- Strong understanding of data platform components (data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, cloud infrastructure).- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment.- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.- Experience in or exposure to the superannuation, finance, or regulatory domains is highly desirable.- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent is preferred.
