**Position Title**:Junior Brand Manager - CAC Vietnam (BD Team)
**Location**:Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Brand Manager for CAC Vietnam, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing communication strategies that elevate our brand presence across digital and social channels. Working within the Business Development (BD) team, you will support brand campaigns, engage with key audiences, and contribute to innovative marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, social media, and marketing strategy—with the added bonus of being able to create engaging visual content for platforms like TikTok.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Strategy & Execution**:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing communication plans.
- Support the BD team in campaign planning and execution to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- **Social Media & Digital Marketing**:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
- Develop engaging content and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design visually compelling and on-brand materials.
- **Content Creation**:
- Create easy-to-understand storyboards for digital campaigns.
- Independently produce short, engaging videos for TikTok and other social media channels.
- **Market & Consumer Insights**:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather consumer insights to inform creative strategies and improve messaging effectiveness.
- **Campaign Coordination & Project Management**:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Track and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, and product management.
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities that align with the brand’s identity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or social media management is preferred.
- A passion for marketing communication and digital/social media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop simple storyboards and produce short video content (experience with TikTok content creation is a plus).
- Familiarity with current social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
