**THE ROLE**
This role will be responsible for standardising and harmonising the order-to-delivery process as well as ensuring the quality of DOC is maintained at a high standard of biosecurity, and quality by working closely with the brand managers, order processing, compliance export, technical and finance team.
**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and execute “Flawless Order to Delivery” strategy by designing and managing the order processing team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the orders.
- Produce and manage forecasts and order allocation in conjunction with Brand Managers
- Liaise with planning/export teams to ensure the security of supply is achieved to customers.
- Liaise with the Finance and Compliance team to implement the standard procedure of credit management.
- Consolidate orders and track their import status to ensure delivery and share the report with all involved parties.
- Serve as liaison person with freight forwarders/brokers at destination airports and develop a relationship with air cargo airport services to improve the rate of successful management of deliveries in all Asia Pacific locations.
- Initiate and manage DOC delivery quality checklist and procedure, validation process for biosecurity and quality from the arrival date to 7 days after arrival.
- Ensure quality data collection along the delivery process is well recorded for investigations, analysis, and quality improvement identification.
- Conduct quality checking and implement quality control protocol by participating in customer-focused groups to ensure flawless delivery of orders.
- Highlight and bring to the team when having quality issues, coordinate with the Technical team for further customer support.
- Manage customer claims - liaise with global quality to investigate claims and determine validity.
- Validate and manage the credit notes/replacements, keep records, and report to involved parties for timely action.
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Quality, Finance, etc.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry or multinational companies
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to manage, develop relationships, and negotiate at all levels in the organization
- Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work with different functions/stakeholders
- Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Occasional international travel is required
