Assistant Logistic Manager

Manage and develop outsource fleet in NAB include factory and OEM to make sure it effective and cover business growth.
Contribute product category business to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Develop and implement opportunities for improvement within Logistics function to achieve KPIs.
Monitor all processes in logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support in planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the logistics function.
Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.
Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
Monitor quality, quantity, delivery time, and transport costs in product category business.
Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
Select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria.
Ensure carriers operate compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues.
Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
Interpret trends and analyze and review data. Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organization to aid customer service and cost improvements.
Support system to improve product category supply chain efficiency and integration with NAB logistics strategy.
Collaborate with team and other functions to implement NAB supply chain project and change management.
Monitor all expenses that related to logistics function.
Communicate and coordinate with supplier and sub-contractor, handle logistics process.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key customers.
Control day by day activities of delivery operations.
Analyze opportunity for improvement and create KPIs to make sure operation is on best practice.
Coordinate the incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensuring that On Time Delivery (OTD) are achieved.
Ensure proper arrangement of incoming finished goods and smooth operation of warehouse.
Analyze customer needs and makes recommendations for developing, implementing, improving and expanding transportation services.
Perform short and long-term transportation system planning.
Provide prompt, professional communication/response to other departments concerning transportation-related issues that may impact their activities.
Maintain productivity transportation team including monitoring and evaluating their performance.
Work closely and coordinate with internal division in all transportation operational matters.
Supervise transportation team to ensure team works together as efficiently as possible.
Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
Collaborate with other managers and staff teams in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Manage and control transport budgets.
Lead all distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities.
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. Manage training and development of team members.
Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.
Set departmental objectives/KPIs, review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports according with NAB logistics KPIs.
Ensure all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
Analyst opportunity for improvement transportation process.
Managing and monitoring all of delivery and dispatch process to avoid problems that will affect to delivery process.
Support in developing and implementing plans following strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
Mange transportation process and other resources including people in order to meet the customer requirements.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all transporter in order to support the smooth transportation services.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or any related fields.
At least 5 years working experience in FMCG Supply Chain field.
At least 3 years of experience in managerial level.
