Our client has been established for around 25 years. They distribute high-quality aluminum alloys, premium-grade steel products, metal sheet roofing, and walling systems including solar energy.

**We are looking for an Accounting Manager whom is experienced in the PAEs Financial Statement. This role is to oversee and manage by ensuring the required schedule. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our Management team.**
**- Able to work on 2 Sat per month.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee all the accounting activities of company and its subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with Public Accountable Entities (“PAEs”) and SET regulations
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (AP/AR/GL/Fix assets/Cash flow, taxation report and forecasting
- Prepare the monthly/ quarterly / annual financial statements and analyses financial report, provide ratio analyzing /variant.
- Manage the company’s internal control environment and deal with internal auditor for annual audit plan and remediation plan for weakness.
- Preparing information to support managing report
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Manage, supervise, and improve the accounting team
- Prepare budget, monthly forecast of P/L
- Liaising with internal and external audit and The Revenue Department officer
- Co-work with the relevant internal department.
- Calculation of sales commissions.
- Other related duties as assigned

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting
- Background from a listed company.
- Audit experienced is advantage
- **Strongly accounting knowledge of PAEs and consolidation financial statements**:

- **Experienced in SAP progrom.**:

- **CPD license is must.**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise accounting team
- Good team player, possess strong organisation and communication skills, and proactive management
- **Able to work on 2 Sat per month.
