Our client supplies and delivers premier-grade aluminum, steel, and renewable energy technology. - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with SET regulations and the Public Accountable Entities ("PAEs") regulations, direct and manage all accounting activities of the parent firm and its subsidiaries. - Organizing technical updates on challenging and creative accounting rules. - Handling the purpose of report submission to regulators and government agencies, preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and the accompanying notes in compliance with GAAP, the company's accounting policy, and other relevant laws and regulations. - Analyzing the financial statement's variation. Contact the members of the audit committee and the company's auditor. - Maintaining the internal control environment for the corporation, interacting with the internal auditor for the annual audit plan, and creating a strategy to address any weaknesses. - Ensuring the thoroughness and correctness of subsidiaries' financial reporting. - Consolidating cash flow reports, management reports, and financial ratio analyses. - Providing the internal team with guidance on accounting procedures that adhere to group accounting regulations. - Coordinating new transactions and organizational changes that influence the company's financial statements with the department head, the site controller, and other teams. - Collaborating with the team to improve the consolidated financial reports process continuously and integrate best practices. - Creating the BOD report with the data that Management requests. - Organizing the creation, compilation, and presentation of all financial planning phases, including the mid-term plan, the annual budget and re-forecast, the three-month rolling forecasts, and others. - Supporting management, providing analysis and financial data, such as profitability, revenue growth, client and segment numbers, GMV per segment, and other in-depth research. - As requested by Management, assisting in a variety of ad hoc tasks. **Requirement and Skills** - Bachelor's or Maser's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. - Demonstrated professional experience in accounting, ideally with a publicly traded company. - Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and PAEs in accounting. - SAP experience is highly preferred. - It is necessary to be certified in CPD and TA (CPA would be an advantage). - Experience in auditing is a benefit. - Good command of written and spoken English.
