Trade Lane Manager

Our client is an international logistics provider. They have teams around the globe that provide logistics services to their customers with global deliveries above and beyond. Driving excellence in delivery solutions among the best logistics service providers.
The client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Lane Manager to join and build the team in Thailand.
**Responsibilities**
- Identifying sales opportunities, to obtain sales leads and coordinating with overseas agents to gain new business
- Developing market share with existing customers
- Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA Management (Create contract proposal in proper business solutions).
- Driving volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed the department's agreed targets and achieve revenue Targets.
- Studying the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers, and manufacturers to be updated on market trends, fluctuations, and changes.
- Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFQ responses.
- Maintain CRM accuracy constantly: interlocutors, meetings reports, quotations, traffic
- Analyzing the potential business information and market trends and preparing performance reports for management.
- Reviewing SOP and KPI of the significant customers.
- Meeting sales goals, providing sales pipelines, and keeping management up to date on market conditions.
- Reporting to a direct manager or higher levels when required.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent with at least 7+ years managerial level.
- Experience in export and import, freight forwarding, or shipping lines.
- Trade Lane Experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and self-motivated.
- Highly responsible and able to take ownership of tasks assigned.
- Time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to be an effective team player.
- Able to work independently or in a group under high pressure.
- Fluency in written and oral communication (English and Thai).
