Import - Export & Boi Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Our client is a globally well-known brand of FMCG pet food products.
- Being responsible for overall Import - Export and BOI issues for company business - FMCG pet food manufacturing.
- Managing and planning import process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at the correct time.
- Overseeing the issue of import licenses and completion of monetary transactions associated with the import on time.
- Controlling all documentation related to the export process, ensuring necessary documentation is provided to customers to enable them to receive the products without delays.
- Monitoring the preparation and dispatch of customer export orders, and planning/directing the flow of air and surface traffic to the destination.
- Ensuring compliance with the domestic and international country government laws and customs regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in import/export with at least 3 years experience in managerial / team management positions.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Possess high Agility and must be able to deal and build good relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Must be able to visit plant operation sites from time to time.
