Our hotel managers will direct all aspects of the hotel operations which includes, Front Desk Service, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Loss prevention, Fitness Centre, SPA, and other relevant operating departments. This role ensures that these departments are performing efficiently and effectively by focusing on maximizing revenues, controlling operational costs, meeting annual budgets, KPI’s, implementing and following up on service standards, team training. He / she ensures the highest level of guest experiences.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Support the overall strategic management and business plans for the hotel.
- Lead and manage the daily functions of Front Office, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Kitchen (Food Quality & Safety)
- Implement and support Siam Adventure Club (SAC) plans and activities together with the Director of Fun and Marketing department.
- Pro-actively plans the key tasks required in managing the properties assets (Capital projects, refurbishments, preventative maintenance & improvement plans, cleanliness, fire, health, and safety).
- Train and implement standard operating procedures and related policies and procedures.
- Conducts routine inspections in all areas of the hotel to ensure that the hotel’s FF&E and assets are in the best condition.
- Make a detailed plan to control operating costs of each department to maximize operating profit without compromising guest standards, safety procedures and guest experiences.
- Reviews the daily revenue reports & forecasts and acts proactively to variances.
- Analyze cost savings to be made in the monthly P&L statement and prepares action plans for cost per occupied room, food cost, beverage costs, payroll including overtime and other expenses such as for out-sourced labor or services, maintenance, and energy.
- Manage all direct reports professionally, encouraging good teamwork and operations.
- Conducts reviews annual / quarterly / monthly budgets, targets, and work plans for each direct report.
- Conduct morning briefings and a more in-depth weekly operations meeting to discuss main issues and takes corrective actions.
- Ensure that working schedules are based on the needs of the hotel.
- Works together with F&B & Marketing to ensure that the outlets are being effectively managed (menu presentations / menu / pricing / promotions and ongoing activities) and implemented.
- Ensures that the brand, image, and reputation of the hotel in the social media is positive, consistent and active. Any posts or guests’ comments are responded to immediately.
- Assist the Director of Revenue and Sales Team in establishing an efficient and competitive rate strategy and pricing for rooms, products & services including packages and promotions.
- Overseas all hotel activities, check set up and resources required for MICE groups.
- Monitors and evaluates competitors’ products and pricing and reports back to sales team.
- Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
- Complete relevant tasks assigned by Director of Hotel Operations and President.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Salary**: ฿50,000.00 - ฿120,000.00 per month
