Duty and Responsibilities
1. Systemically track progress against goals and identify key top and bottom-line growth opportunities.
2. Balance top and bottom-line growth to build the business and deliver a sustainable business model ongoing.
3. Manage the overall financial forecast, processes, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
4. Lead all strategic pricing work.
5. Oversee and manage financial liquidity to shorten cash cycle.
6. Drive productivity and fuel growth by identifying cost savings and opportunities to fund investments with strong ROI
7. Help build, develop and empower the cultural organization to deliver results and make it a great place to work, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
8. Protect the company by ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations and strengthening, monitoring, and enforcing a strong internal controls environment and appropriate financial reporting processes.
9. Proactively anticipate risks in all business and organizational dimensions through strong collaboration with other functions and drives capability improvement accordingly.

190,000 - 250,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
1. Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
3. Minimum 7 years of experience as CFO from hotel & resort.
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.
