**The Role**:
As a **Senior Manager (Head of Marketing)**, you will lead a team of Digital Marketers and be responsible for onboarding and overseeing clients’ digital marketing activity. This is an outstanding opportunity to become a go-to person in all aspects of Digital Marketing covering: marketing strategy, media planning & optimization, creative services, and content. In your role, you will be expected to provide holistic advice to clients on our digital offering based on their objectives and ambition, whether it is e-commerce or brand related. Success in this position requires having a broad knowledge of media channels such as Google Search, Facebook Advertising, Instagram, Social Media, and Chat, plus creative and content solutions (social media management, live streaming, creative services, etc). Also having an understanding of how platforms like Lazada and Shopee works is vital to your role.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Overall responsibility for the Marketing Solutions Team in Thailand
- Grow account adoption of different Marketing Solutions and Insights Services
- Build strong relationships with digital partners (ie. Google, Facebook, Line), platform (ie. Lazada and Shopee) counterparts, and brands partner.
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best use of digital marketing services
- Develop an annual digital marketing solution roadmap
- Provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term marketing results
- Ensure all brand KPIs are met from a marketing perspective
- Collaborate with the management team on a new marketing initiative
- Closely collaborate with the MarTech team and push for internal adoption of our ad-tech proprietary tool.
- BD & sales responsibility to grow the business.
**Who We Look For - The Ideal Profile**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing. Previous experience managing Ecommerce Performance Marketing strategies / clients is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and making suggestions based on perceived data
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand e-commerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
- Experience in developing digital campaign plans across brand and acquisition objectives
- Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Experience working with creative and content teams
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good excel and PowerPoint skills
