Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results
To effectively manage CIGNA Thailand’s insurance systems including providing support on incident investigation and resolution to the Information Technology Operations team.
Be transferred the knowledge from vendor of CIGNA Thailand’s insurance systems and able to further develop and support the user’s requirements with smooth transition
Propose and implement solutions to change the manual works to be more automation and more efficiency
Monitor the existing software to find the tuning part and provide recommendations for software continuous improvement
Work closely with developer/vendor to ensure software improvement is executed to deliver and release within timeline
Work cross-functionally among teams to identify system impact analysis reports and modification points as well as required technical specification for ongoing new business enhancement
Provide the technical knowledge of Cigna’s core insurance systems to BA/Developers/Integration team or create documentation as required
Research and Initiatives new Technology/Framework or approach to archive better user experience and better software quality
Assist in the writing of system architecture documents and system enhancement change
Manage and control release management of the software
