Group Talent Senior Executive

Position Summary
Group Talent Senior Executive is responsible for the execution and rolling out of people development programmes and activities for Jebsen & Jessen Group. From developing and rolling out the effective onboarding program to engage new comers and promoted employees, to delivering the effective development programmes to ensure employees have the capability to deliver their performance. One of the key focuses of this role is to execute and implement a learning and development programme for the Group to ensure employees have the right skills, capabilities, and mindset to meet and support the organization’s strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify needed skills and capabilities for JJ employees to strengthen and sustain JJ competitiveness in the short to long term.
- Work with Group Talent Manager on assigned projects/new initiatives and ensure the corporate programmes are successfully implemented and rolled out to all Regional Business Unites (RBUs) and countries. This includes conducting training as required for Group Level programmes.
- Roll out activities to promote the learning culture as well as eco-system to foster employees learning mindset and life-long learning.
- Support JJ talent management programme at Group-level and ensure all stakeholders are well understood and communicated about the programme. Monitor and follow up JJ talent management processes and activities and ensure all data are well managed and analyzed.
- Provide regular update and insight reporting on Learning and Development, Talent Management and Performance Management activities to Group Talent Manager and related stakeholders.
- Work with Group Talent Manager to review and develop Performance Management (PMS) framework and new PMS system. Subsequently, educate Country HRs, Senior Management and Line Managers. Then, work with Country HRs in rolling out to all employees.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Development, Performance Management and Talent Management
- Excellent verbal and written in English, good communication skill and ability to connect with multi-level of stakeholders
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills will be advantaged
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Able to work well both independently and as well as a good team player
