To drive the distribution compensation and incentives for all distributions to make the “next-in-class” and distribution for the future happen and our company can achieve our vision as “Change the way people feel about insurance” through our distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the end to end distribution compensation and incentives to all distribution channels.- Arrange the feasibility on the campaign and innovate new campaign to motivate and drive the sales KPIs.- Execute and process the approval on the sales campaign.- Facilitate the measurement and results on all distributions channels and coordinate with finance team on the commission results.- Reflect and review the accuracy on the campaign conditions and reporting.- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness on all the sales campaign and provide the feedback to enhance the better solution to drive sales KPIs.
- Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.-
- Compensation and incentives management and support experience with minimum 6-8 years of experience in this position or related.-
- Data analytic, Data mining and Data intelligence, innovation and research, People and Collaboration skills, Solution Solving/Analytic, Critical Thinking/Design thinking, Strong people management skills, communication skills.-
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.-
- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
