- Provide consecutive interpretation between Karen and English speakers via telephone or video calls, as required.
- Process and relay information efficiently, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Use industry-specific terminology and adhere to standard practices within relevant fields.
- Handle a wide range of calls, from simple to complex, covering both technical and non-technical topics.
- Interpret for various sectors, including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.

**Job Requirements**
- Native fluency in English and Karen
- Advanced skills in cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of both Cantonese and English
- Completion of at least high school education onwards
- Education in languages/translation/interpretation and/or healthcare-related fields preferred
- The hiring process will include written and audio language assessments
- Must be able to look at a computer screen without significant difficulty or fatigue throughout the duration of scheduled shift
- Be able to constantly operate a computer monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the majority of scheduled shift

Pay: Up to ฿53,748.00 per month
