**Maintenance Supervisor**

To support production and improve machine efficiency. Preventive maintenance plan for all machines.

Optimize spare part cost for support cost saving program.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Design machine layout and process of chocolate, Mixed and improve machine efficiency.
- Project proposal, Finding supplier, Cost comparison, Negotiation and control supplier during installation and acceptance the project.
- Preventive maintenance plan for all machines to maintain the machine efficiency and control maintenance expense to achieve target.
- Maintenance data analysis for improve maintenance system such as machine down time etc.
- Cooperate with technician when machine breakdown or improvement project.
- Keep in compliance with all related regulations (e.g. Factory, Environment, Safety)
- Optimize spare part cost and readiness.
- Create and management documents related to engineering work
- Monthly report
- Respond to report problem of food safety issue to food safety team through channel as assigned.
- Other job that assign by Production manager

**Profile**
- Bachelor degree of engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Food manufacturing
- Good problem solving decision making.
- Highly motivated, Work independent and a team player at the same time.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good command in English.
- Good Computer literacy.
- Other knowledge of GMP & HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, SAP system, Basic Safety program.
