We are looking for a Head of IT Operations to oversee the technology infrastructure, operational processes, service management, including incident, problem, change management of our organization's IT department.

Head of IT Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT Operations & Infrastructure including Helpdesk support team, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks, managing technology vendors, and implementing modern technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. They must ensure that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with Group/industry standards and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the daily operations, service management, including incident, problem, change management of the IT department and ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Managing technology vendors and service providers to ensure that the organization's technology needs are met.
- Evaluating and implementing modern technologies and systems that improve IT infrastructure and support the organization's business goals.
- Leading a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs.
- Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with Group/Industry standards and company regulations.
- Managing the IT Procurement and ensuring procurement process are in line with the organization's policy.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in IT operations management.
- Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Mange IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery according to business needs.
- Manage end user support to meet with committed service level agreement.

**Requirements**:
Head of IT Operations should have a bachelor or master’s degree of Computer Engineering or relevant field
- Proven 10+ years’ experience as IT Operations and Infrastructure management
- Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals and drive performance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cyber security, networks, and systems to effectively manage and troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with multi-national environment
- ITIL Certified is preferred
- Fluent in English
