**responsibilities**:

- Working with Product manager and other designers to identify and drive design opportunities by connecting the dots between user and business needs for Binance Fiat and P2P product.
- Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
- Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
- Work end-to-end by identifying opportunities, establishing the vision, and working with engineering to deliver high quality, robust solutions.
- Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience.
- Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
- Deliver detailed, robust UI design solutions, and work directly with engineering to to ensure a high quality product.
- Develop strong rationale for design decisions, and articulate your perspective.

**requirements**:

- 3+ years of UI design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
- 3+ years of UX design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
- Experience with user research.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery and iteration cycles.
- Experience in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Fiat / P2P product design.

**nice to have**:

- Educational background: have a degree in graphic design, HCI，visual arts or related field.
- Communication skills: posses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, open to learning and constructive feedback.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
