**Why we need you**

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for establishing and defining the user experience and user interface of the digital product based on the client’s business needs and expectations. You will act as the primary designer in the respective project at every stage that requires design initiatives, from requirements analysis and defining standardized user experience to delivering high-quality user interfaces and supporting the development team throughout the development cycle.

**What you will do**
- Analyze and comprehend the business requirements to delineate the scope of the design solution for the project. This involves deriving design tasks from business needs and objectives to accomplish the desired outcomes.
- Participate in the design planning of the project with the development team to establish the design timeline and deliverable items in each phase of the project.
- Establish the design concept, including mood boards, tone of voice, and design approach, that accurately reflects the client's brand identity.
- Design user experiences and interfaces using a user-centered approach. Involve end users and the client through methods like interviews, competitor research, product discovery, customer data analysis, or design reviews.
- Work with the team and client to design the solution architecture before finalizing user interfaces. Utilize design methods such as user flow, journey mapping, wireframing, or prototyping to minimize risks and reduce rework.
- Communicate and present your design concept, solution, and suggestion with rationales to clients and your peers.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes designers, engineers, and project managers to create a buildable and high-quality design solution.
- As an experienced designer, support collaborating designers as needed to ensure high-quality work.
- Participate in and contribute to any internal or client meetings that are necessary to achieve the project’s goals.
- Confidently and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively overseeing timelines and expectations.

**What you will need**
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a practitioner in product design, including roles such as UX/UI designer, product designer, multidisciplinary designer, and related positions.
- Contributed to a wide variety of publicly released projects and/or digital products.
- Possesses knowledge of the standard principles related to visual design, user experience, and user interfaces, and demonstrates the ability to complete any task of varying complexity within their core domain.
- Capable of understanding client needs and team ideas, then reframing them into a clear design solution that creates a curated visual experience, addressing business needs and technical feasibility.
- Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver refined designs under high-pressure circumstances.
- A self-motivated learner who continuously masters new tools, design principles, and trends, and adapts effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Maintain an open-minded attitude towards diverse ideas, suggestions, and feedback.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills, which are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Confident in English, both in writing and speaking. Proficiency in Thai is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of graphic or visual design, or a related discipline.
