- Work closely with project owners and business analysts to understand business goals and requirements to ensure the quality of delivered products/services
- Take ownership of product quality and product quality strategy across various platforms
- Ensure the right level of testing activities performed in product design/implementation cycle
- Design, write, review and execute detailed test cases, validate tests across functional and non-functional tests and analyze the result for further improvements
- Define and design necessary test automation across various platforms
- Contribute ideas (technological and product) to enhance the overall service experience.
- Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value.

- 3+ years of relevant work experience

- Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and tools
- Detail-oriented with proactive mindset
- Experience with performance testing and/or security/penetration testing is a plus
