**- Lead test planning, effort estimation, and test strategy definition across projects.
- Analyze user stories, use cases, and business requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Oversee and participate in all levels of testing, including System, Integration, and Regression testing.
- Guide the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts as needed.
- Identify, track, and manage software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
- Mentor and support QA team members, promoting continuous learning and high performance.
- Work from Anywhere, come to Office once a week.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and executing both manual and automated tests.
- Experienced in writing and analyzing SQL queries for backend validation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and influence quality across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
- Service minded, people oriented with pleasant personality.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Thai Native with good coomand in English
