PRTR has partnered with a prominent E-Commerce Company in Thailand to seek a qualified Senior QA Automation professional for their team.

**Role**:

- Team Management: Requires experience in leading and managing a team, fostering effective communication and collaboration within a multi-national and dynamic company.
- System Specifications Review: Involves analyzing and understanding system specifications, including functional requirements and technical documentation.
- Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborating with Test Engineers to develop efficient strategies and comprehensive test plans that align with project goals and timelines.
- Test Execution and Analysis: Performing manual or automated test case execution and analyzing the results to ensure the software functions correctly and meets the specified requirements.
- Code Evaluation: Assessing the product code against the defined specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Test Documentation: Creating detailed logs to document testing phases, defects, and other relevant information for traceability and future reference.
- Bug Reporting: Identifying and reporting bugs and errors to the development teams, providing clear and concise information for effective issue resolution.
- Troubleshooting: Assisting in the investigation and resolution of issues encountered during testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address the root causes.
- Post-release/Post-implementation Testing: Conducting testing activities after the software release or implementation to validate its performance, stability, and overall quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality standards and practices are upheld.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive Experience: Proven track record of more than 5 years in roles such as Quality Assurance Tester, Software Tester, Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar positions.
- Ecommerce Expertise: Experience working in the ecommerce industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of its specific challenges and requirements.
- Project Management and Test Methodology: Proficiency in project management practices and a solid understanding of various test methodologies to ensure effective planning and execution of testing activities.
- Agile and Regression Testing: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including the ability to adapt and thrive in an Agile development environment. Knowledge of regression testing is an advantage.
- Error Documentation and Troubleshooting: Capability to accurately document errors and troubleshoot issues, ensuring comprehensive reporting and effective resolution.
- Test Management Software and SQL: Proficiency in utilizing test management software to plan, execute, and track testing efforts. Working knowledge of SQL for database testing and querying.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify and document software defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possessing an analytical mindset and aptitude for problem-solving to efficiently identify and address issues encountered during the testing process.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized approach to testing activities.
