**About the role**

We at Cambridge International are looking for a Country Manager for Thailand. You will help us increase access to international education and improve the quality of teaching and learning in Cambridge schools. You will contribute to maintaining our position as the leading international curriculum provider in Thailand and neighbouring countries, ensuring a healthy revenue stream. We are an enthusiastic and collegiate team working across Southeast Asia and Pacific, with a regional office in Singapore, helping schools prepare young people for university, work and the world.

Working partly from home and partly from our Bangkok office, you will support around 90 schools with the implementation of the Cambridge International curriculum. You will promote Cambridge qualifications to new schools, organise professional development for teachers, arrange conferences for school leaders, and liaise with universities, publishers, ministries and other partners in international education. Many of our customers are based in Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai but occasional travel to other parts of Thailand and the neighbouring countries, Singapore or the UK may be required. Overall, this job is about customer relationships, educational support, and business development.

**About you**

We are looking for someone from an education background who has a good sense of business development, or a salesperson with a good understanding of international education. You should have professional fluency in English and Thai. Whether or not you have held a leadership position in a school offering Cambridge programmes, you would have the standing to speak with school leaders as a peer and advise them on all aspects of providing Cambridge programmes in their schools. You should also be a confident presenter and public speaker and have the patience and nous to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and most importantly, enjoy doing this.
