**Plastic Injection Molding**: Senior Supervisor
The senior supervisor - Plastic Injection Molding is a hands-on position that plans, directs and coordinates activities in the processing of materials and manufacturing of products by performing the following duties personally and through direct report manufacturing team leaders.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: *.
Develops an effective and efficient workforce by organizing and allocating Team Members based on production demands.
Develops, implements and maintains a Team Member training program to ensure that necessary expertise is available, and cross training is utilized.
Collaborates with the production planning team and production team leaders to ensure production plans align with the plant availability, output and quality.
Plans department operations based on product data, current production needs, and scheduled delivery dates to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time delivery.
Compiles, stores and retrieves production data, including the preparation and review of reports as needed.
Resolves manufacturing and maintenance issues to ensure minimum cost, maximum efficiency and the prevention of operational delays or breakdown.
Maintains a safe, clean and orderly workplace in compliance with international standard and legal.
Inspects machines and equipment to ensure optimum operational performance and utilization, including routine maintenance as needed.
Reviews standard operating procedures and revises as needed.
Ensures conformity to quality standards and has decision making to stop production for corrective action when necessary.
Develops a team culture, ensuring that weekly team leader meetings occur and that critical agenda items are addressed.
Resolve Team Member concerns and communicate unsettled concerns to appropriate member(s) of management.
Ensures Team Members adhere to policies, procedures, work instructions and any regulation to meet objectives and targets.
Strives for continuous improvement in all areas of production, particularly quality and cost control, by working closely with Manufacturing Team Leaders, Engineering, Quality and all other relevant parties.
Coordinates and communicates staffing needs with Human Resources.
Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**: Plastic Injection molding senior supervisor.
Must be willing to maintain and develop the technological competency to meet a world class manufacturing process.
Must be a team leader in responsible area and be able to collaborate involved parties to meet the achievements.
Having self-motivation and do the same for others to overcome any challenges to meet excellent operation.
Must be an initiator for new creation of improvement and development to be meet continuous improvement culture.
Possesses the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to perform the job.
Having analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly commitment and good self-discipline on management
The age is not over 40 years.

**EXPERIENCE**:
A minimum of 6 years of injection molding experience is required.
A technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality is a plus.
Education
Diploma or above in industrial technique, Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, polymer and plastic engineering.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**: *
Good command of reading and written in English as well as listen & spoken in Chinese is a plus.
