**Job Overview**:
- Maintain company distributors as assign territories and perform regular visits to all sites and provide forecast all sales volume for various projects. With prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region and design all organization projects and facilitate in sales
- Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives.
- Design and analyze all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and perform tests on all new products
- Collaborate with marketing departments to analyze all market activities and manage all communication to ensure optimal quality of all products and design all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks.
**Job Duties**:
- Achieve sales target and company KPIs
- Develop sales channel in order to cover all the target business areas
- Development plan strategy for Long term Growth
- Handling for the export sales, order processing, payment tracking, on-time delivery management
- Internal Collaboration Marketing Team &Supply chain & Souring
- Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors
- To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work
- Manage & Forecast sales targets and report to management
- Other tasks as assigned by management
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or International Sales.
- 4 Years’ Experience background in marketing, sales, business administration and management
- 2-3 Years Modern trade FMCG Experience and Export sales will be advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions
- Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations.
